  4. At the end of the application, read the e-disclosure agreement, then click “I Agree” at the bottom of the screen.
  5. If you are a W-2 employee, please email me (or upload in the application portal) the following documentation:
  6. W2 2018 & 2019
  7. Paystubs - 30 days most recent
  8. Bank Statements – 2 months most recent with funds for down payment & closing cost
  9. Photo ID
